Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, founder Frank Beaty is an industry veteran with over four decades of experience in the entertainment and hospitality sectors, spanning management, operations, and marketing. A pioneer in his field, his expertise includes sponsorship marketing, non-profit fundraising, and concert merchandising.

Through Beaty 4 International, Frank provides comprehensive services built on his distinguished career, including end-to-end event management and hospitality, import/export consulting, custom manufacturing, branding and marketing strategies, social media management, and talent buying.

Frank’s career highlights include serving as the Executive Director of the Reno Tahoe Blues Fest and Director of Entertainment for Ameristar Casinos, managing entertainment for six casinos across four states. He has also contributed to award-winning film and television projects, including HBO’s Emmy-winning Taxicab Confessions and the feature film Vegas Vacation, along with an on-screen credit in David Byrne’s True Stories.

Today, Frank’s decades of seasoned expertise are complemented by the creative vision of his son, Freeman Beaty. Together, this father-son duo brings a history of proven success and a flexible, bespoke approach that ensures every client receives unforgettable results.
